Out of an abundance of caution we have closed our administrative office and warehouses effective Saturday March 21 through Sunday April 5, 2020 with plans to resume operations on Monday April 6.
In advance of this temporary closure we took the following actions:
- Instructed our salespeople to limit contacts and contact length at their customers
- As requested, left product in a designated area vs. filling the parts shelves to limit contact
- Use of gloves when handling and delivering product
- For larger volume customers, increased inventory levels to satisfy anticipated sales volume during the two-week closure
- For customers that salespeople were unable to visit, contacts were made by phone to determine if any product was needed

- Service Guides – “How to” and other reference information including fluid capacity and fluid type information and identification of adaptors needed to perform services (Note: this is a BETA site so you may not find information for all vehicles and systems.)
- SDS – Safety Data Sheets for all BG Products
- Tech Tips – Searchable data base for technical assistance on performing BG Services
Note: If you don’t have and want login credentials please contact your salesperson or request credentials at info@dcsbg.com. Provide:
- Name of your business and location
- Your first and last name
- Best contact phone number
- Email you want to use to register for login credentials
Although we won’t be in our offices or traveling, we will continue to be available by phone and email.
